Answering the call for work focusing on resilient teams (Stoverink et al., 2020), we develop and validate a team resilience scale. In study 1, using an online survey we test and refine a measure based on existing literature and structured interviews.
In study 2, we utilize the new measure to difference the impact of team resilience potential from other conceptually relevant team processes (e.g., Psychological safety, transactive memory systems).
Finally, in study 3 we test antecendents and outcomes to team resilience potential.
